Located left side of 99 with chicken n rice and noodlosophy. Got the padan egg waffle (also had ube flavor) for $5. Nothing wow! about it since it 's just an egg waffle. THe building looks like it was an extra empty space so they just occupied it with togo food. There 's only 1 tablet kiosk though and only good if you need to grab a quick bite.
