"Ordered curbside pickup and I was already running past the promised pickup time but still had to wait another 30 min to get my order after I arrived. Resturant was not busy whatsoever when i was waiting. Seemed to really not have any order organization as the employee just kept shuffling around receipts and partial orders on the table. Staff was not much of a help or welcoming. Just kept making excuses. When employee confronted management about my concern she didnt seem to care and was more worried about making a phone call. Once they finally gathered my order together they packaged my soup ontop of my other food loosely in a plastic bag so that dumped all over everything because the bag was top heavy. Overall food was mediocre just another sushi bar. Would not recommend curbside pickup here."

"Have loved the service here and the food has been good. Even delicious sometimes. Last couple times in my order has been messed up with either missing items or burgers not cooked to order. (E.g. ordered medium well and received medium rare). With their chips being the go-to side they lack anything noteworthy. Not worth the entry price of the burger they accompany."

"This was our first time here. Very beautiful place!! Wide range of foods. We had fish, delicious!!! I had rice pilaf, it was cold, but the waitress gave me some warm stuff very quickly."

"Rated relative to other fast food restaurants. Well run, as are all the other Culvers I've been to. The cranberry chicken salad was fresh. Perfect proportions of all the ingredients. I have tried ice cream in 29 countries and Culvers is the best. Lost a star because it seems like there is a bit less volume in the Concrete Shakes and the bathroom floor was really sticky. Please clean it."

"Some people were impatient, but the guy who worked the register was new. We gave him a curved ball with a spray card, and smaller order change. He asked for help. Once the order was complete and correct, he said a good job. He smiled. Little tip for anyone who reads it. You learn. Pressure only leads to errors."

"Two new people and an experienced guy and a number of customers. The young man who taught the new staff was excellent. I kept his head together, moving things and was at the same time informed. I wish I had got his name to cry out, but I didn't think about it at the time. Anyway, our first time eating from here, large portions, fresh and delicious. Also quite expensive. Will stop again! Good job for the worker, too, he makes room. I'm sure."
