Went out of my way to come eat here because they usually have good quality, was made to wait to get my food because they were not properly trained and staffed....

"Matsu Ya never lets us down. Each sushi roll is fresh and perfectly finished. We had the Tako Yaki for an app, a Taco Roll, Fire Dragon Roll and Spicy Cali roll for dinner last night and all were exceptional. Although they were from Plum wine, the flight went well. The server was fast, knowledgeable and kept a good eye on our drinks during the meal. Always a treat to eat here and explore seasonal reels."
