"Product originally came defected because of shipping and handling. Company immediately replaced the broken with a new one and had the replacement in within a week. First class customer service. Very easy to cook with and keep clean. Been looking for something like this for a while and stumbled upon it after watching duck commander. Highly recommend. Thanks."
