"I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Kream Brooklyn. My partner and I decided to go there for the first time to celebrate my birthday. Before going, we carefully reviewed the menu and set menus on the website, and we were really looking forward to the experience and the food. When we arrived, our waitress handed us all four set menus and wrote down the price for each. However, when we were ready to order, she informed us that the manager (whose name I will not disclose) had recently decided that the set menus are only available for parties of 10 or more people. Feeling disappointed, we decided to speak to the manager about the situation. To our dismay, he lied to us and claimed that it had always been the policy. Surprisingly, he seemed unaware that the set menus were still being advertised on their website. Furthermore, the manager 's attitude was very rude, and he continued to argue with us instead of trying to resolve the issue. After a prolonged discussion, he finally agreed, and I quote, to honour us this once by allowing us to order from the set menu. As if that wasn 't enough, when I wanted to order sorbet for dessert, I was informed that it was not available because of load shedding, and they couldn 't keep it frozen. This whole experience left us extremely dissatisfied, making it the most disappointing restaurant we have ever been to."

"We used Blos Cafe as the venue for our Wedding Reception. It was an absolute blessing amidst the stressful wedding planning time. We are very grateful for the help that Loraine (our venue coordinator) provided us from the first email to the next phone call and then meeting in person. She went out of her way to make sure our dream wedding would become a reality. The attention to detail, consideration of our time frame and special guest requirements took a lot of pressure off our shoulders. The event went smoothly, and we will forever look back on the day and smile joyfully. We would definitely recommend Blos Cafe's service!"
