Fuji Express is my place for Japanese food in the area. You get a lot of food for the price and the sushi options are excellent (deep fried, raw and vegetarian). The service is also quite good, and I never wait too long for my order. I decided to try this place out based on the reviews. It definitely didn’t live up to those reviews. I had several sushi rolls as well as hibachi. Everything was just ok. Not bad but not good.
