I would give it a 5 star, but the only issue I had (just a personal preference) was a lot of cheese on the very top would not melt. If I was to make that large taco, I would have put the cheese on the meat, then the lettuce on the cheese. For me, it would melt the cheese and preserve the freshness of the lettuce.
