now I don't make any reviews overseas in the rule, but since later this year they close on a new trip, and this is one of the top restaurants.

the chefs anton bjuhr and jacob holmström have created something special with gastrologics. after the turn around europa played at various michelin.

gastrologik michelin 2 stars great demonstration of new nordic style culinary techniques. from fresh ingredients from Scandinavia to complex aromes.

excellent restaurant with a strong focus on local content and sustainability. very refined dishes and exxellent service. highly recommended.
