that was my first time at Libby’s, after hearing many good things about it and I was not disappointed. we sat outside, covered with heating, so we didn't feel the cold at all. cocktails were amazing and so was eating! we have a few different tapas plates between us to share and there was not a plate between us that we didn't like! Libbys used to be our go to cafe after a run with friends but no more. Over the last few months the service, food and overall value has been steadily getting worse. The staff used to be so good, so attentive but not any longer.
