Tommy Lee, a legendary chef known for his mastery of Chinese cuisine, will be retiring on March 24, 2024. This means there is only tonight and tomorrow left to experience his delicious dishes. The restaurant is very busy, so it is recommended to place your order early.
Best Chinese take-away in the area beyond, Pak Po Duck best meal on the menu. Tommy Ling and their staff always courteous. Yes it is a cash only as it is a small family business but the benefits are the finest quality food fantastic value for money cooked fresh on every order. Try the meaty spring rolls you will get a treat, far superior to the veg spring rolls, handmade by Ling, just fabulous. To those who want a delivery service go elsewhere you will miss out all for the sake of a short walk or even faster by car, it's worth the effort.
Every time I try to visit, the restaurant is closed even though the Google page says it's open. Please update your hours as this is becoming frustrating. Also, is the cash-only policy permanent? I have missed out on dining here numerous times because I only have a card. I have heard others express the same frustration. The potential loss of business is significant, as discussed in the local pub.
On New Year's Eve, we decided to try this restaurant after hearing great reviews. We were not disappointed! We ordered a munch box for £13.50 and it was absolutely delicious. It included curry sauce, chicken balls, salt and pepper chicken, salt and pepper chips, prawn toast, spring rolls, spare ribs, fried rice, sweet and sour sauce, and prawn crackers - all of which was more than enough for two people. The service was excellent, and they even gave us two free cans of soda and fortune cookies for the New Year. We left very satisfied and will definitely be returning soon. Thank you!
I would to say that I was recommended this takeaway by someone and although it's close to me I have never used it as it looks shabby from the outside also inside! I have to say the food was amazingly good very tasty and the service good too.
