What Kelly Cambridgeport likes about Carl's Jr.:
My first time at this Carl's Jr. was in the 1980s. The second time at this location was in August 2022. We went in to order takeout, but the focus of the server was to accommodate all the drive-thru orders first even though we were there before thesecond and third cars. The fried zucchini was excellent. The burgers were okay. BK and I-and-O have better tasting burgers. View all feedback.
What Vergie Mraz doesn't like about Carl's Jr.:
First they tried to hand me somebody else's meal. Then they made me go pull to the front and wait because they didn't make my order. Then I asked for salsa and instead I got a bunch of hot sauce packets for my taco salad. And they forgot my drink when they brought my food to the car finally. Customer service is definitely lacking everywhere these days. View all feedback.
