"The only option when we had was a buffet so we agreed we would stay and do the buffet. Being a chef and someone who teaches food sanitation for the state of Illinois I maintain high expectations when eating out. First let me say all staff need to be properly trained in food safety and sanitation. The woman replenishing the buffet picked pancakes up with her bare hands her bare hands!!! The gentleman at the omelet station did not have liquid eggs stored properly and the amount of cross contamination that took place was alarming. The fresh cut fruit tasted like onions obviously cut on the same cutting board as onions. Very disappointed. Once I witnessed the buffet food being touched with bare hands we got up from out table, paid our tab and left. Hoping no one gets sick today."
