Chimulita is one of our favorites. They recently catered our baby shower with about 50 attendees. The tacos everything else they offer) is excellent! Everyone raved about how good the food is. They were professional and had a great set-up! We love seeing the team and will definitely have them back for another event! Hope to see them in the meantime at some pop ups as well! Not surprising his Mexican wife left him allegedly she was the real cook people caught on to the lack of flavor it is now, meat dry or overcooked he should 've let her take the business it was all her idea, I think he will try to come back but people dont waste your time food mediocre under his watch.
