Wow honestly disappointed. My friend and I have been waiting here for a while. And when we finally got our appetizer. Our boneless chicken wings were cold. There was a time when I would go to Dennys at least once in the week. that was 13 15 years ago. went to denny is the other night. the waterloo and the 99 in stockton. I only saw the server twice. once we ordered and once when she served the food. She never asked us if we needed anything. I never erased that table after we finished eating. we sat there for 35 minutes with dirty plates on the table waiting for the check. it was the first time I didn't leave a 20% tipp. I've got two bucks of 6 or 7 bucks. prices are now out of stock. $14 hamburger or the same for a cheap breakfast.
My husband and I had been going to this location for the past year or so and are regulars because the food was always made pretty and fresh. I have been in customer service over 25 years and today I was treated so unprofessional and my food was burnt. I asked for an adjustment and only got a 6.00 adjustment for burnt food and upon them making it over my food was still burnt and I got my plate after we had ate everything else. Now I had called to speak to the General Manager later to find out that Nancy and her husband are the managers his name is Benjamin. To my surprise now the story gets bigger Nancy said well we made the food over and I gave the adjustment I said yes but I should have not been charged overall I told her she just lost us as customers mind you we spend over 200 a month at this place...another customer gone....Do not eat here this place has bad customer service and are now serving burnt food and not valuing our loyalty as customers...this rating is a big zero.....
Everybody was extremely rude a waitress by name KIM KING SOMETHING LIKE THAT WAS RUDEEEEEE IGNORING us when we tried 5o get her attention really sad to see a place like this look so bad thanks to people like that sure will think twice before going again!!!!!!
The service was good, the restroom was fairly dirty (**** all over the floor), and the food was decent. My main problem is that a ham and egg sandwich with a glass of water shouldn't end up costing me $16. Definitely not worth that much!
