Jackie is amazing. She was so welcoming and very energetic. You don't find a lot of people who look like they enjoy where they're working but you can tell she enjoys it. What Kelly Kim doesn't like about Starbucks:
I always get white mocha frappe from this starbucks and never had a problem with it. Today, I got the same one and they made a white choco creme frappe instead of white choco mocha frappe. So i kindly asked them that the drink I asked for is white mocha frappe, and the guy was like “yes, this is white choco frappe, you asked creme based“ which didnt make sense, bc I ordered MOCHA which is a coffee based, and the guy... This Location is always on point. They're fast and kind. I will go out if my way to come to this location over the on on El Dorado.
Lady overcharged me and told me they didn't have the latte machine working when at the window after I paid. Bad service..
