I contacted the restaurant because my chicken was undercooked and the vegetables were not cooked at all. When I brought this to their attention, they asked me what I wanted them to do about it. The owner then came to the door and refused to address my concerns before walking away. The food lacked quality and I would recommend avoiding this restaurant to avoid making the same mistake. I bought food from this restaurant and ordered soup. The soup was so hot that the lid exploded and spilled all over the carrier bag, soaking everything. Since I live nearby, I returned the food. However, the staff claimed it was my fault for not holding the food properly and refused to offer any solution. My family and I have decided not to order from this restaurant again because of their rude and unsociable behavior. They do not make any efforts to correct their mistakes. I would not even give them one star.

We have takeaways most saturdays and dinner house always comes up trumps, hot food, good flavours and delivered promptly and hot, cant fault them
Eating the food my partner discoverd an artery in her chow mein................... will never use this take away again
Disgusted to have my food take over half an hour later than my allotted time and when it turns up its stone cold. Very angry.
