A hidden treasure! This Chinese restaurant in Pottery is the best, despite its unappealing exterior, quirky host, and lively music. The decor is a blend of modern and traditional Chinese styles, making it a unique dining experience. For those unsure of what to order, the friendly host is happy to make suggestions. What User doesn't like about Furama Palace:
Used this for our takeaway for a while, always been very happy with the food. Recommended it to friends. Unfortunately after our takeaway tonight, we will not be ordering again. The beef was like jelly, never seen a cow and the Chinese curry was identical to an Indian korma. Not at all like food we have had from here before. Such a shame View all feedback.
I am allergic to onions and MSG. All Chinese meals/restaurants have always left them out for me and they have never had a problem with it. This place said they wouldn't do it and that only the soup didn't have it in. It appears the food is not done fresh and already made up. The prawn crackers were tasteless and greasy. They didn't seem bothered about us, so we paid for the drinks and made us pay for the prawn crackers. The service was appalling. Will never go there again

Came in tonight for a family’s birthday. Everything was amazing from the food to the staff. Every single staff member that worked tonight could not do enough for us and were so accommodating. Thank you everyone!
Just been for a birthday meal for my partner and the food was outstanding. Very tasty and piping hot. The service was immaculate and they couldn't tend to us enough. Highly recommend and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you
First time we’ve been here tonight. Didnt book a table just did a walk in. They were very accommodating. The service was fantastic throughout the evening. Very friendly and helpful staff Food was unbelievable. We had lots of starters as we always do and nothing was too much trouble. When ever the plates were empty they kept coming over and asking if we wanted anything else. Will definitely be returning. Thank you for a fantastic evening with fantastic food and great customer service
