My family and I booked a table for Easter Sunday lunch at this restaurant, as we had not dined here since before the pandemic. We were delighted with the service and the food was delicious. As picky eaters, we were pleased that all of our specific requests were met without any issues. The staff was friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. View all feedback.
What Janie Conroy doesn't like about The Cock Inn:
The food quality at this restaurant is very good, with an interesting and varied menu. One criticism I have is that the set lunch menu only offers a choice of starter and main course. I had a great time at the restaurant. The service was outstanding. It would be nice to see one or two more vegetarian options on the menu.
Really enjoyed lunch here. Great service and great food. A good selection of different food on the menu. We weren’t rushed at all. Although it was busy the service was good and staff were friendly . Would definitely go again

Cycled up from London to StAlbans and needed to find a place to have lunchwell, more specifically a Sunday Roast.
