What Peter Steinberg doesn't like about The Mango Tree:
Two of the four dishes were completely the wrong food we ordered, sent some sort of balti instead of korma and the wrong meat in one, pawns instead of chicken! Then when I tried to contact to get it fixed, they didn't answer the phone. Two people left without their dinner! View all feedback.
Cold, too cold to enjoy. I have not eaten. I want to complain. £16 for a cold meal. The rice is not pilau it is boiled. The curry has a “cold skin” on it. Looks cheap. Nasty. The Pakoora is nothing like I have ever seen before. It’s currently on the kitchen side, I have made my own meal. I want a refund? They can collect it back! if they want to prove I have not eaten it! Not happy at all, a cold microwave meal for £16
Curries labelled wrong and my daughter ended up eating spice not what she wanted but overall high quality
Probably one of the worst curries we have ever had it was like water barely warm items missing and no care or pride in the order
Delicious... I always leave about half and have it the next day but it was so nice every plate was cleared! Really tasty.
Had the meal for 2. Decent tasting and decent portions. Sadly only had a small amount of mango chutney no mint etc... All in all not bad but nothing to write home about. I will be ordering again as it’s cheap and cheerful.
