I am from Buffalo, NY. I have been here since April and couldn't find a Chinese restaurant without allllll the other stuff. I finally found one. I just ordered wonton soup. I'm used to scallions being in it to flavor the broth and they didn't have any BUT it was good! The restaurant looked clean.. take out or delivery only.
