"This place is amazing. The ice cream is some of the best I have had, the customer service is incredible, and the entire environment is family friendly and fun to look around at. The prices are better than those of Orange Leaf, and a LOT of options. There are over 150 topping options. Strongly recommend this place to everybody of all ages. "The Ranch Hand was out of this world delicious! I ordered it with corn tortilla and fresh avocado. There was no skimping out on the way they made all of my tacos. Full and meaty. My neighbor and I enjoyed a late breakfast and will enjoy the rest for a late lunch!"

"I live nearby and have been to this location several times. Normally I’ll have my meal there. But this past Thursday on my way home from work, I decided to go through the drive thru and pick up a carne guisada taco. I ordered such with avocado slices. When I arrived home, I pulled the taco out of the bag, it was so light it hardly weighed anything. When I opened the taco, it came in a small tortilla. (Not the size of the tortillas served in the restaurant) The taco had 4 small chunks of meat, one of which was mostly fat. There was some red gravy to hide the fact that there was hardly any stuffing, and a paper thin slice of avocado for the mini taco. I paid $5.39 for this, which if it had been filled properly, would not have bothered me one bit. I know times are tough, but we’re all in this together. I intended for the taco to be my dinner, and instead was left with hunger and looking for something else to fill my stomach.The time before I had been sent home from work because I had a cough. This time I ordered a chicken caldo by phone and picked it up on my way home. Upon getting home, I went to retrieve my soup from the bag, only to find breakfast tacos in the bag. I had to return the following day for the caldo . This is unacceptable."

"Great dive bar that's one of my favorites in San Antonio. Cold beer and great food including chargrilled oysters, something I dont see much outside of Louisiana. Great for bikes as well which is key for me. I will be back."

"I ordered Chick-Fil-A delivery to my school as an incentive for my students to reach size. The delivery driver didn't deliver 2 shakes, and I called the restaurant to let them know we missed the shake. As soon as I hung up, I discovered that the delivery driver (probably accidentally) had spilled about 1/3 of a large coke into the bag of the food and had soaked most pommes. During further inspection, the nuggets were also out, and the shakes (which were released again) came into children's cups instead of regular small cups. I checked with one of my students working at Chick-Fil-A. I had the kids around the coke-filled pommes and called the location back. The woman who answered was very rude and told me that I could exchange all the food for a new order. I explained that the children have to come back to class so I could pick them up and eat them. She said there's nothing they could do, and then she said that she couldn't be sure that the delivery person was the one who spilled the coke....Please understand, I'm a high school teacher, so it needs A LOT to shock me. I was blown away from the sheer lack of condition in a customer service role, and the amount of susceptibility from this woman to worry that I must have spilled the coke myself. Could I be small and provide our video recordings of the food that was soaked before my retrieval? Probably. But it's not that deep. I just want others to know that management in this place is less than helpful and more than rude. I recommend any other Chick-Fil-A if you can avoid this place."
