Im going to start off by saying the only reason i gave it a 4/5 was because of how hot the hallways were and the elevator and also how over priced the food/drinks were. Everything else was perfect. The room was clean, with full sized hair products and body wash.The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the outside area the most. No modern technology to plug your phone in. (Though it's not completely modern to have usb ports) terrible coffee in the rooms. They didn't cancel my previous booking which was unable to be fulfilled, so I was referred to this place instead, which caused a double charge I had to wait to be reimbursed for.
