My husband went today, employees had walked out and next shift employees had not arrived. Manager was kind and efficient. I had difficulty contacting other stores to send her some help. This lady deserves a vacation (paid) And our food was so good. View all feedback.
What abel doesn't like about El Pollo Loco:
This had to be THE WORST location.. by all the negative reviews I should have known better chicken was over cooked and very dried out the signature avocado salsa was horrible worse 35 dollar ever spent !!! Will bot be returning to this location!!! View all feedback.
