Contribute FeedbackThe restaurant frequently runs out of items and service in the drive-thru is slow, with wait times exceeding 20 minutes. Upon speaking to the staff about my order inside, I observed kitchen staff handling food without gloves. The manager acknowledged the issue and mentioned that gloves should be worn, while the general manager claimed they were following a "wash hands" method. The general manager lacked customer service skills and seemed uninterested in resolving the situation, which reflected poorly on the company. Additionally, I witnessed an employee handling chicken sandwiches with bare hands after rummaging through overflowing trash. It was revealed that the restaurant had been out of gloves for weeks. Overall, this experience was disappointing and led me to decide to no longer support Popeyes.
I tried the new honey lemon pepper wings and they were absolutely delicious!
