What analisa harvey likes about Potbelly:
I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup online and went in to pick it up. It was 2pm and not busy at all. My food was ready for pick up and I brought it back to my job to eat. The soup was delicious and I wish they offered it in bigger sizes than a cup. I ate it all in less than 5 minutes. It was hot and tasty. Highly recommend. View all feedback.

Today, me and two others went to eat at this location at 3:20 PM and they had HORRIBLE service. The lady was giving us attitude while we were ordering our sandwiches. She got our orders wrong and then had to remake them because she couldn’t hear. She snapped at us for not reading the signs that said they were out of chicken and avocado.
