My nieces and nephews LOVE the cheesecake factory. They especially love waiting a few minutes for a table because they can stare at all the cheesecakes through the glass. They love taking turns picking out cakes they want and the staff is really patient and nice to them. The food here is good, very reasonably priced and the menu is really long, they serve up almost everything! View all feedback.
There needs to be a place for to-go orders and/or place to order just cheesecake slices. It sucked because it's so disorganized and the guy at the counter bagging them was talking with another co worker and me and my friend saw our cheesecakes just sitting there needing to be bagged for us to get. So getting slices for us took 20 mins to get? I don't get it!
Had a lovely time, good food, kind waitress. Atmosphere is a busy with music (good 80s music) atmosphere.
The food and everything was great but the parking was AWFUL here. I know the valet was $10 but you might want to think about using it if you’re only coming to eat and not going to the mall area. But the food was good and cheesecake was amazing. Price was a little higher than I like to pay per person but that’s because San Antonio is more expensive than where we live, so that’s not the fault of the restaurant.
Food was very delicious. Our server was friendly and funny. Definitely will return.
The food was ok, not what it used to be. The price has gotten ridiculous for the value. I've gone there twice recently and was just not happy with the value. We usually go for a special occasion, but I think we will rethink that.
