I had steak fajitas (called something else parradillas or something close). I was asked how I wanted them cooked. I said med rare. When they got to my plate, they were about 7 or 8 thin strips on meat about the size of thick cut bacon. There was no way in the world to cook that thin of meat to medium rare.
