Excellent food. The homemade tofu tasted fresh and was flavorful. Better than any I've ever had. I ordered a Yozu spice mocktail made with matcha. The matcha was subtle but noticable and balanced the sweetness of the Yozu. I added the hardboiled egg to the Aka Tonkotsu and requested some of their hot sauce and it will as excellent. What Alan M doesn't like about Eshin Noodle:
Food is good compared to what stony brook has to offer. The ramen noodles were on par, however the broth lacked texture and made me thirsty after. Recommend not drinking all the broth. The toro buns would be the best item on the menu if it wasn't so salty. Seems like salt is the only seasoning eShin has to offer. On the contrary, the pork buns lacked.
