I have been here a few times now when I have worked in the area. The people are always friendly and make sure I have anything I need. The food is always good. Today they were missing a worker and only had 2 people trying to do everything but, they still were super friendly and wanted to make sure I had all my food and any condiments I wanted even though they were so busy. What MD doesn't like about Arby's:
The new burger that Arby's has is pretty great. However, I used an online coupon with my phone on the way there. I'm not sure why it takes a half and hour for the staff to receive the order. There was one customer there...me. I had my phone as proof of purchase. Yet I sat there for half an hour watching the workers do nothing and waiting for the computer transfer. Arby's better get on this online/app ordering train. View all feedback.
Very poor service 32 minutes wait in drive thru with onle a total of 2 cars in drive thru then even messed up my order ... very very poor

Fish sandwich is great. The person waiting on us was very informative.
Slow drive through service. No napkins. I dislike having to double check other people’s work.
