What User likes about The Strand:
We went there early Saturday evening and found it very busy. We had some nice pizza and drinks. The bar was very noisy though, caused mostly by large bass speakers positioned throughout the bar. It was so noisy you couldn't actually hear the music as everyone was shouting to be heard over it.In a covid world it is disconcerting to see so many groups shouting into each others faces. The premises on site are wheelchair accessible and can also be used with a wheelchair or physical limitations, and there is complimentary WLAN. If the weather are right, you can also eat outside.

What User doesn't like about The Strand:
The place is nice and located in very beautiful spot,near the Atlantic Ocean around 8km from Sligo city centre. Food prices and portion sizes are very good, classic fish and chips will cost you only 15 euros...but now starts the things that made me give only 3 stars.
