booked for girls to pick up, but music was so loud that they did not hear themselves thinking. was sat by a sliding door that was not properly closed, so the winter design was not welcome. it was so cold that the melted garlic butter was restored within minutes. Terrible service, terrible eating, terrible value for money. will not go back!
Booked a table of 12 for 18:30 but there was no table available until 19:15. Standard of food was disappointing and definitely not to the level of Big Easy in Canary Whalf. Options on the menu were not available either which was also disappointing and ultimately I regret not booking this meal at a later date so that we could have eaten at Canary Whalf instead
For my party of 4 each steak was cooked exactly as requested and all served together . The service was excellent throughout the visit and we will definitely be returning
Great food great service. Delicious slushies with the unlimited brunch!
When after work for a quick bite great happy hour, fab service and the sharing platters we got were lovely will be back
