What 857geoffh doesn't like about Starbucks:
Called in for a coffee on our way home. The coffee was up to the usual Starbucks standard. The service was polite but nothing exceptional. One benefit this Starbucks outlet has is that it has its own seating area which can be beneficial when the rest of the service area is crowded (which it was on the day we were there). Disinterested staff with no people skills. Didn't ask if we were sitting or taking away so assumed take away and charged for the cup.
Stopped at Warwick at 21.30 to get some coffees and cakes to keep me and my sister going on a cold wet night. Member of staff took the order, but seemed stumped...

The restaurant also offers the possibility to sit outside and eat and drink in beautiful weather, and there's a counter where you can sit and taste. The guest room invites you to linger and extensively enjoy.
