What Lon Kessler likes about Drunken Chef:
We were walking around Strathfield and wanted to having something else besides K bbq, so we walked into Drunken Chef, seeing how busy it was with the Korean Crowd. We had the seafood hotpot and the soup and broth hit the spot perfectly. Not too spicy at all. Mild, just the way we liked it. We would've liked a bit more seafood but it was alright. What Rodger Durgan doesn't like about Drunken Chef:
The previous drunken chef had a much better menu in my opinion. I ordered a cold noodle dish today (N7) which is one of the recommended dishes on the menu. My partner and I waited about 20mins for my food to come out only to find that it was a bowl full of ice. I understood that it was meant to be cold but the amount of ice within the bowl was ridiculous. View all feedback.
Good portion of food.No credit card surcharge and no additional surcharge for the good high quality takeaway container .
Good food built to share. Recently had the fried chicken and kimchi japchae between two and could have easily fed 4 people.
