"This location is far too small and cramped for the number of customers, with only a few feet between the doors and the first (and often only) working till. Even with only three items on the extended breakfast menu we still ended up with the wrong items because they didn't have any everything-croissant and despite going over it three times could not figure out how to use cheese croissants instead and refused to correct the mistake when asked. Might be better outside of peek hours but you are probably better off trying the Tim's on the other side of the highway. Parking: The parking lot is small but not usually too crowded, however the access is a pretty active side road and is right next to the drive thru access. Wheelchair accessibility: While the restaurant is handicap accessible and has the required parking spaces it is very cramped inside even when it isn't crowded."

"So glad I ordered from here. Was clean I side and the owner at the front was very kind. I ordered chicken salad rolls and number V16 vermicelli with lemon grass beef, pork and chicken. I don't eat fish sauce so they gave me more peanut sauce instead. Would definately eat here again. I starred eating before I thought to take a picture for review. Also I was just passing through from our trip going back to Winnipeg."
