What sunriser1 doesn't like about Husky House Restaurants:
Ordered 4 omelets with shredded hash browns, 40 minutes later the waitress says there is no shredded, only cubed. Ok no problem. Got the meals and the omelets were small we’re just fried eggs wrapped around some tidbits of meat. Asked why so small and she tells us they had to cut them in half because there was no room on the grill. Cut them in half and actually tell us we are getting half an order!!!! There was only... Lost me at Esso... I went for the husky points and canadian tire money on my triangle card. Back to fuel on my way out if the city I guess.

"After being 30 minutes late, to deliver across the parking lot at the Travel Lodge, than stated. I was excited to get the basa and shrimp and the cod and chips my spouse had ordered . Highy disappointed. The bass was hard on one side and mushy on the other, and my whole meal was cold. My spouse's fish was soggy and there was a big chunk at the end of each piece the was divoid of any fish. Her fries were also soggy and inedible. The side salad I had was crisp and flavourful but that was the only thing worth eating. Do not recommend."

"Rather than buying something out of the ready made deli section at Sobey's, we decided to stop in at More than Ice Cream for some Chinese food. It took less than 15 minutes for our take out to be ready, even though we stopped in later at night (about 9:30 they close at 10:30). The food is good, and Karen is right they have fairly big portions. The prices are a bit high, but you always end up with enough left overs to last a few meals. Not quite 4 stars, I'd give More than Ice Cream 3.5."
