Chef Dragon maybe one of the few true sushi chefs remaining in Brisbane. He used to work a few days a week in Redcliffe Sushi Central which is the area we live and when he was working full time in Strathpine, we will make it a point to drive up there when we feel like sushi. It's such a popular little Sushi train place. It's cheap and very friendly.The food is good and I love the fact you can see the chefs at work.
