I live down the street for 17yrs and used to come here a lot instead of Starbucks. The past few years service is not horrendous. Was told one morning that they couldn?t toast bagels since the previous day night crew did clean the oven. Another time I did a pick up using the app so I could get the bonus points on Monday. The last few times I have gone here have been and experiences. I order ahead, drive is about 15 minutes. I arrive and they asked what my mobile order is. 2-3 times and it still is wrong. Very very understaffed with one person most nights. Not okay, tourbusiness is being impacted by that lack of staffing. View all feedback.
