As owner of a 22-year-old charcoal/wood smoker, I can only say that this meat is perfectly smoked to my taste. The smokey aroma on the way home was mouthwater. The Brisket dinner is big enough that I had leftovers also the bag of the frits are awesome. The ribs are tender with large wort. A little to much Liquid smoke for flavor but other than that not bad and homemade chips had way to much seasoning on them.
