When an establishment participated in a themed event, it is always a great time! Christmas in July last year was no exception….introducing “The Grinch!” My kids couldn’t be happier…or in the spirit of the drink…grumpier ? Thanks for making Robinson Mall’s event so much more fun! View all feedback.
What Judy Kearns doesn't like about Starbucks:
Starbucks went down hill. Everything's even more money for a poorer quality in my opinion. Service is okay but seem to be confused of what their making. They try but 15 minutes for a latte was a little much. View all feedback.
Last week I was harassed by an employee about people not wearing masks anymore. Yes in 2024 I had this happen. When I turned him in the girl that took the complaint started asking me about my political affiliation. Completely nuts. When I called and left my phone number for management, I was never called back.
It taste like water and they add no flavor like every other star bucks me and some of my family got mochas I do not like the service took forever and very confusing to go through the drive thru
At 754pm, a full 6 minutes before cloae, the black haired employee refused to let us order a refresher. Wow.
This was my first time visiting this Starbucks in the mall and I was very pleased. Walking in your greater with a very nice view of this place and it’s very inviting. It did not take long for us to be greeted and place orders. The food was on point it was my first time trying the impossible sandwich. The seating was so cute and couple like and was very comfortable. The tables were somewhat clean just needed a quick wipe down. Your able to see each direction of the mall and plan your next move when your finished. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be visiting again.Kid-friendliness: There is at-least two places you can see directly behind the Starbucks that are kid friendly. I think one was a daycare like place you can take your child to place while you shop or go in with them.Parking: The Starbucks is located in the mall so you can park in the open parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: There are buttons on the mall doors as you enter and exit to help.
