I always live stopping by Uncle Sam' Subs. Whether in Squirrel Hill or Robinson, the food is always good. I don't know if they bake their own bread or not, but you could put Shoe Leather on their buns and it would taste good.Always a winner.I did notice that the fries seemed a bit thicker than I remember from last visit but my vote is to stick with the thinner fries they hold up better as lunch goes on. I haven’t been to Uncle Sam’s on Forbes in 8 years. Just went in today to pick up food for friends I don’t eat there… food is disgusting).Still rude management and unreliable food. The fries situation continues with having to pay for fries for take out. And they fill the bag halfway for $3.37. Complete rip off.
