"I had a very good dinner at the church restaurant. The service was very good, the waitresses were open and they knew what vegan means. I ate roasted potatoes with vegetables and a mixed salad. It was labeled vegan. They also offer typical vegetarian Austrian dishes. Due to the high season they also had a vegan ice cream (toffee), which was a great surprise. Compared to other restaurants in Strobl, it was also quite cheap. We will visit this restaurant again when we travel to Strobl."

"Da laufen viele vorbei, so unscheinbar sind Eisdiele und Café Übleis, nur ein paar Meter abseits vom Marktplatz. Dafür aber um so lohnender: Das Übleis präsentiert das beste Eis weit und breit, eine Riesen-Auswahl mit überraschenden Sorten. "A 10 for its amazing and heavenly location. OMG! The restaurant guest house is located in the Austrian Alps high in the mountains. Almost a ladder to heaven. Green, green hills. Postcard like Bergblick. Cows tremble with their bells in the pasture lands as in the Milka chocolate packaging. The Chalet Haus Restaurant as in a lifestyle magazine. Very warm staff dressed in their local folklore costume. The interior is warm in Austrian landscape. It was a sunny Sunday morning, so most tables inside are filled. Outside with a magnificent view of the autumn was somewhat cool. Menu is excellent, but a bit a good dining room price. It was worth being here. Toilet is very clean and well decorated that you can almost dine there. You can stay overnight in your guest house. You have to go up here, but the views are magnificent. Very recommended. Love it here!"
