What Marshall Campbell likes about Ad Astra Food & Drink:
Quite the little gem tucked away in the Flint Hills. The service was outstanding and food was great. The Crab cakes were light and fresh and the hand cut ribeye was cooked to a perfect medium rare as requested. A broad range of menu options that would be sure to please even the most finicky eater. The visit here is Good. You pay for the ambiance. The portion to price ratio is not all that. We tried 2 different Burgers and the Reuben. The Spicy Burger was not spicy. The standard Burger was just that, a standard Burger. My Reuben had great flavor but, the lack of Beef made it a bad purchase. The Reuben had 2 small pieces of Beef and just a few chips with it.
