Fascinating old pub that feels as if it hasn’t changed for decades in deepest, quiet Devon. In an ancient building with huge open fires and interesting decoration. Very friendly service and no electronic noise (after we asked there was no one else for lunch). Terrific sea bass and chips and local ale and there were many other menu options.
