The food was NOT traditional English afternoon tea. I lived in England for 30 years. The place is oddly decorated with black walls and curtains and drapes closed making it extremely dark. The owner was friendly but the food was a combination of the mini white frosted Publix cupcakes with sprinkles, to Danish butter cookies.
