What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
I have a good experience, but the manager has no customer service. No matter how busy you are, you should never feel a customer as if your concern or problem is not important. I never go back to this Dunkin Donut. But I guess KK and the other worker who helped me. Please note that I didn't give them a heavy time for an overload, all the time I was calm and still apologise because I knew they were busy. View all feedback.
During the morning rush, this Dunkin Donuts is the best. The staff here are quick and make a great coffee. The line may look long, but trust me, I have been here a few times. You don't wait long.
Would not make coffee at 7:12 only ice coffee. Wanted 4 cups and they close at 8 pm. Told her she was going to get a poor review. She says i don't care

Try the bacon, egg, and cheese with cherry wood smoked bacon for 3.99.
The workers were very rude. They messed up my order and when I said you had a nice day, they just said they were shy. never back to this dunkin.
