"We were traveling home to Jacksonville from Key West and thankfully got off at this exit on 95 in Stuart. Looked at maps and found a Holiday Inn Express with a 1 minute walk to LaForchetta. Absolutely glad we did! This lovely family restaurant is so quaint and very homey. Everyone was so nice and helpful. But the cuisine was out of this world!! I have been to a number of excellent Italian Restaurants and I must say this is the best ever. We started with the clams and mussels and you have a choice of four ways to prepare. The garlic knots for dipping made it extra special. My wife had the lobster ravioli almandine and there was no skimping on the lobster meat with each bite. I had one of the specials, a chicken scalopinni with prosciutto with a cream thyme sauce. Taste buds were in heaven! Thank you Francesca for serving us!"

"Had dinner with my family Saturday night . We arrived a bit early . Our reservation wasn’t until 7pm but the hostess said ‘it was No Problem’. She seated us right away at a beautiful booth by the window . Already the night made! .. we ordered our appetizers and Entrees , everything came out wonderful . Portions are large . As the night went on the restaurant became pretty noisy and it became it bit hard to hear . our server was very attentive and pleasant. Service was great from start to finish . Definitely will be coming back here . Will have to try the patio next !"

"Been here a hundred times and still never left a review. Time to change that! For the record this is the best coffee shop in town! For a late night drink or if you just need a quiet chill place to catch up with friends, head to Blue Door! I'll be honest though if its Sunset, you should probably head to Gilberts as the view on the water can't be beat. But almost any other time Blue Door is the place to go!"

"This place is totally a hidden gem. Love the nutty banana toast, avocado toast, and I am now in love with the new heirloom tomato toast. Please please please keep the heirloom tomato toast on menu for good because it is to die for!!!! I’ve had a coffee a few times and it is mediocre but I am unsure if I ordered the wrong thing. The only recommendation I have is to clean the inside sitting areas. I sat by the wall on the left side three times in a row and every time the same sticky dirt was left there. Other than that this place has a beautiful scenery and delicious toast and I would 10000% recommend to anyone!"
