They need more people on at night from 6-9. There 's often an extensive wait in the drive-thru, so last night I ordered online for the first time. I got there and still had to wait a good amount past the promised time to get my order. What Cris Medina doesn't like about Pollo Tropical:
For year I gave Pollo Tropical 5 stars, but today I changed my opinion. Yesterday we asked for a carry out. The lid of the black beans container wasn´t correctly closed, so we losed half of the beans. The Crispy Chicken was burned. Wonder if they only had one kind of sauces, because we asked that´s what we got. I´ll be back maybe next year to see if they improved the service. I´m sorry. View all feedback.
