Wait was about an hour, which is fine, because there's a wine bar nearby. Got the Nozawa trust me, it was really good. Fish was fresh. They did run out of hirami though, which was sad. Dim lit, giving you more of the experience to let your taste buds do more of the work. We had like 4 bottles of sake. Bathroom could have been cleaner. But other than that, great experience.
