Damn, this place is good! Brisket was super moist with great smoke taste. Pig bell was ridiculous. I usually find pulled pork boring but it was fantastic here, it didn't need a sauce. I don't know if it was just a bad batch, but they were close to being beef jerky. The brisket was okay.
