I am a new customer who needed a delivery. I was able to very easily download the pizza hut app, make an account and place my order all within a few minutes. Then i was offered a neat little tracking service that sent me updates on my delivery. I received my food in a very decent time frame and it was delicious. I will be ordering again!! What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
I've never had a problem with this pizza hat, and I'm often ordering. the delivery takes a ridiculous time, but they tell them that, and then they are usually early if not in time. If you like long waits, horrible customer service and incompetent staff, this is the place for you!
Very slow service..... If it's going to be a hour for pizza just say a hour ....Not 15-20 mins
